I’m Dr. Helen Holton, Speaker, Author, Leadership Coach, and Founder of Intentional Leaders Alliance. With a background rooted in financial services and leadership—CPA-trained, MBA-backed, and with decades of experience in private and public finance—I equip high-capacity professionals to lead with clarity, courage, and confidence in a volatile, fast-moving world.

With over three decades of experience leading across government, business, education, and nonprofit sectors, I understand the weight of leadership—and what it takes to lead well, especially when the pressure is high and the path unclear.

Too many leaders feel disconnected, distracted, and out of alignment with the teams they lead and the missions they serve. That’s where I come in. My proprietary Intentional Leadership Process (ILP) equips high-capacity professionals to:

My certifications in CliftonStrengths, Hogan, DISC, and the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) allow me to coach the whole leader—mind, heart, and habits.
